The walking dead. Skeletons with the barest amount of skin tautly stretched over their bones. The unnatural sound of tendons creaking.
Without a moment of hesitation she opened fire, blasting away with the shotgun in her hands. Never mind how it got there, or how she suddenly seemed to know how to use it... the creatures flew backwards with each blast. A click told her that it needed reloading and she expertly flicked it open, discarding the empty shells and slotting in the next round, setting it back and cocking it just in time to take out the next wave.
